The lives of three people--a conductor, a med student and a salesman--clash when an eccentric passenger dies of a pill overdose and leaves behind a mysterious wooden box. When the trio peer inside the box, they see a fortune beyond their imagination. They do not realize, however, that the box possesses a corrupting, supernatural power. Their audacious plan to share the box's fortune by dumping the dead body from the train spins out of control. The quest for riches becomes a brutal battle for survival. Other passengers on the train turn into threats and obstacles. Death and mayhem ensue. Furthermore, the box's promise of fortune is only an illusion. It's real mission is to feed off human greed and weakness, and it won't be satisfied until everyone on the train is corrupted or dead--or both.

The Bash is an annual summer professional wrestling pay-per-view event produced by World Wrestling Entertainment. The event was promoted as The Great American Bash until the 2009 edition and was originally produced by the National Wrestling Alliance's Jim Crockett Promotions and then by World Championship Wrestling. According to Ric Flair in his autobiography; To Be the Man, Dusty Rhodes invented the concept of The Great American Bash.

After the final Great American Bash was held by World Championship Wrestling on June 11, 2000, the event would not be held again due to the acquisition of WCW by World Wrestling Entertainment. However, after a four year hiatus, the event was revived by WWE in June 2004 and would be exclusive to the SmackDown! brand from 2004 to 2006. The Great American Bash is the only former WCW pay-per-view event now held by WWE. The 2009 event was shortened to The Bash
